We completed a full perimeter upgrade with a 5ft spiked-top residential aluminum fence featuring a 3-rail design and a matching gate. This style is a great fit for properties needing extra security without sacrificing curb appeal.

The spiked finials add a strong visual deterrent, while the third rail increases rigidity and long-term durability—ideal for busy corner lots, walkways, and high-visibility frontage. Finished in a sleek black powder-coat, the fence complements the building’s architecture and creates a clean, uniform boundary line.
